Staging an Open House

Potential buyers make their decision to purchase your home in the first 30 seconds upon entering. Their first impression is often the key to selling your home fast and for top dollar.
Well staged homes sell for 30-50% faster than their counterparts.

In the next few posts, we'll walk through some key elements about how to stage and market your house using an open house.

1.  Make sure that your open house is properly listed so that potential buyers can see it.  There are several sites that do a good job of showcasing your home.  Some of these provide add on services and such that allow your realtor to post a lot of information.  You should work with a realtor that understands this.
